We are not new to the home construction process. We have designed and custom built two homes in Idaho. After moving to Florida, we purchased an older home that needed a remodel. We naively thought it would be easy. We were in for a rude awakening. Thankfully, we discovered Royal Remodeling after dealing with several scammers and contractors with shotty work ethics.
