Luxury Kitchen Remodel 26.heic

The client had a small, outdated kitchen with an inefficient layout, limited storage, and a dated design. We gutted the space and redesigned it for better function and style. We relocated the stove and dishwasher, added an under-counter microwave in the perfect spot, and kept the sink where it was. To balance the design, we reconfigured a window to the right of the stove to match the one on the left. The pantry was upgraded with pullouts for better storage, and we installed white and wood-look cabinetry, Cambria quartz countertops, and a matching quartz backsplash for a sleek, modern look. We also added a mini bar for entertaining and replaced the old flooring throughout the house with durable tile wood planks that look like engineered wood. The clients love their new, practical, and stylish space!

We recently completed a stunning home renovation for our clients who relocated from New York to Venice, Florida. The house, originally quite dated, underwent a complete transformation. 

We started with a full kitchen remodel, featuring luxurious Cambria quartz countertops and elegant Fabuwood cabinets. The new tile flooring mimics the look of wood, adding warmth and style. In the master bathroom, we transformed a dark, dungeon-like space into a bright, inviting oasis. The remodel included a spacious layout with a freestanding tub and a more open, airy feel. 

Additionally, we revamped another bathroom by removing walls to create a more open space and applying fresh paint throughout the entire house. To enhance the home's safety and aesthetic appeal, we installed a new hurricane-proof front door and stylish office bifold doors with glass panels.

The original home felt dated, dark, and heavy, with old finishes, soffits, and cabinetry that no longer worked for the clients’ lifestyle. The kitchen lacked both storage and efficiency, the bathrooms were closed-in with outdated tile and fixtures, the laundry room was cramped and inefficient, and the flooring throughout the house failed to provide a cohesive or durable look.

We completely transformed the home with a bright, modern, coastal-inspired design. The kitchen was reimagined with tall custom white cabinetry, quartz countertops, gold hardware, a statement backsplash, and designer lighting to create a timeless centerpiece. Bathrooms were rebuilt into spa-like retreats with frameless glass showers, bold vanities, and elegant quartz finishes. The laundry room was redesigned with new cabinetry, added storage, and upgraded countertops for both efficiency and style. To unify the design, we installed tile wood planks throughout the entire home, bringing the warmth of natural wood with the durability and easy maintenance of porcelain tile.

Dual vanities with rich cabinetry and quartz countertops provide balance and functionality, while updated lighting and fixtures add a touch of modern luxury. The remodel delivered a bright, elegant, and spa-inspired master bathroom tailored to the clients’ lifestyle.

We removed the heavy soffits to create more height, installed custom white cabinetry for a clean modern look, and added a navy-blue island for a bold accent. Quartz countertops with soft veining, gold hardware, and a statement pendant over the island brought in luxury details. The redesign completely transformed the space into a sophisticated white-and-blue kitchen that feels spacious, airy, and inviting.
