We completed a kitchen remodel for a condo in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Florida. Our team transformed the space from an old classical door stule to a modern, transitional look. We used Fabuwood cabinets, Cambria countertops and a clean stone-look tile backsplash to create a brighter and more sophisticated kitchen. We addressed several key issues for our client at this project:

1. Complicated Kitchen Layout:
The original kitchen layout was impractical and cramped. We solved this by removing walls and relocating the kitchen space, creating a more open, functional, and aesthetically pleasing area.

2. Entire House Flooring: 
The client wanted consistent and stylish flooring throughout the house. We installed tile wood planks, providing a seamless and attractive look.

3. Two Bathroom Remodels: 
Both bathrooms were outdated and needed full renovation. We completely remodeled them, enhancing their functionality and visual appeal.

The project delivered:

1. Open and Practical Kitchen: 
A newly designed kitchen that is open, practical, and visually stunning.

Tile wood plank flooring throughout the entire house, giving it a modern and cohesive appearance.

In our recent project in downtown Sarasota, Florida, we transformed a dated, old condo into a stunning, modern space.

The full remodel included:

We recently completed a stunning home renovation for our clients who relocated from New York to Venice, Florida. The house, originally quite dated, underwent a complete transformation. 

We started with a full kitchen remodel, featuring luxurious Cambria quartz countertops and elegant Fabuwood cabinets. The new tile flooring mimics the look of wood, adding warmth and style. In the master bathroom, we transformed a dark, dungeon-like space into a bright, inviting oasis. The remodel included a spacious layout with a freestanding tub and a more open, airy feel. 

Additionally, we revamped another bathroom by removing walls to create a more open space and applying fresh paint throughout the entire house. To enhance the home's safety and aesthetic appeal, we installed a new hurricane-proof front door and stylish office bifold doors with glass panels.
